Refund policy

Returns:  You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its complete original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us with you order number at hello@shopnorthpalm.com and we’ll send you a pre-paid return label. Please note, in the event of a return, outbound and return shipping is at the expense of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

Orders placed during special offers (i.e. Black Friday) are final sale.
